GEOGRAPHY

Eric at the main intersection in bustling downtown Wakefield, Quebec.

Kaffé 1870, Boutique Découverte
and the best pastry bakery around:
Pâtisserie Les Gourmandises.

Before the design came the piece of land. We saw many lots, but this one, with its dense mix of mature deciduous and coniferous trees, and "potential river view", really spoke to us. Here, Andrea prepares an imaginary marinara sauce in the imaginary kitchen, and Eric tries eating it at the imaginary dining table in the woods. Yes, this is the right lot. I think a house will fit just fine here. Someday, we'll produce a show for mimes. But you know how most mimes are really mediocre? Our show will feature only the best mimes. It will be called The Really Good Mime Show.

Evidence of past inhabitants - an old farm, probably owned by the Cross family - on Chemin Rockhurst (Rockhurst Road) in Wakefield.
